We started our small business in 2018 in a small space consisting of 4 tables and a small kitchen. Due to the popularity of our Tamales, we were forced to expand into a full size restaurant in 2019. In 2023 we opened our own Tamal factory. Our mission is to provide delicious tasting tamales while maintaining fresh ingredients. Our tamales are made fresh daily. Cooking our meat in small batches ensures the quality of our fillings. We slow steam our tamales in steamer pots, just like you would at home to ensure proper texture.
